　　本开关设备的结构用钢板弯制部件焊接经螺栓组装而成，整个柜体由固定的壳体和装有滚轮的可移开部件(手车)两部分组成。并用钢板和绝缘板分隔成手车室、母线室、电缆室和继电仪表室四个部分。外壳防护等级达到IP2X，其电气参数较高、系列性较强、结构合理。

　　本开关设备具有防止电气误操作功能的闭锁装置，以机械制止性的闭锁为主，设置接地开关辅以与模拟板核对的红、绿翻牌和高压带电显示装置的提示性防范措施，以达到如下“五防”闭锁的要求：a．防止带负荷推进或拉出一次隔离触头； b．防止误入带电间隔； c．防止接地开关处于闭合状态时(接地)关合断路器； d。防止误分误合断路器； e．防止带电合接地开关。
